1. In Outlook, select Tools followed by
Accounts.

2. Select Add a new e-mail account and
click Next.

3. Choose POP3 from the list click
Next.

4. Fill in all information as requested on this
page. Verify that your
User Name is
your full e-mail address. Also,
verify that your Incoming and Outgoing mail
server are both mail.dfwair.net.
Commonly if you are experiencing initial
problems receiving e-mail, you will find that
the server names have been mistyped.
Hit the More Settings button.

5. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and
check the box that says "My outgoing
server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Then click OK.

6. This will bring you back to the screen seen
in step 4. Click Next.
7. Click the Finish button. Your account
should now be active and accessible within
Outlook. If there are any difficulties,
verify that all steps have been followed
closely. A mistype in any of the fields
will cause errors. If you are still
experiencing problems, you may want to try
restarting the computer and trying again.
If still after that step you are unable to check
your email, then give us a call.
