Setting Up Your Email in Mac Mail |

Mail? See our instructions for
Entourage 2004. As well, you can view our
General Settings for basic information on
how to set up email with other clients.. |

1. In Mail, go to
the Mail menu and choose
Preferences
 |

|
2. Click the +
at the bottom left corner of the window to
create a new account.
|

|
3. Choose POP
from the Account Type box and then fill in
the information below that with the appropriate
information.
Hit Continue
once completed.

4. Fill in the
information as shown below. If your email
address ends in something aside from dfwair.net,
make sure that you change the information you
see below to match that.
Hit Continue once
completed.

5. Set the
Outgoing Mail Server settings as shown below.
You must make sure that Use Authentication is
checked and has your email address and
password in it. Again, make sure that if you
have an email address that ends in a name aside
from dfwair.net that you change the mail server
and username to match that.
Hit Continue.

6. You should now
be able to hit Get Mail to receive your
email. Mail setup is completed.
