Setting Up Your Email in Microsoft Entourage

1. With Entourage open, go to the Entourage menu
and choose Account Settings... |

2. Click the drop down beside the New option and
select Mail... |
|

3. Select the account type as
POP.
Click the OK button. |

4. Fill in each of the boxes as
noted above. Note that if your email address
ends in anything except dfwair.net, then you
will change the POP and SMTP server to match
your hosted account as well as your Account ID
and Email address.
Click the "Click here for
advanced sending options" button. |

5. Check the SMTP server
requires authentication checkbox. Make sure
that "Use same settings as receiving mail
server" is selected. Hit the small box in the
upper left corner to close those settings.
Hit OK. |

You are now ready to use Entourage. Just go to
the Tools menu and select Send and Receive. |
